I asked Gemma if she saw big people. She said she did, but not very often and when she does they are normally with family. They look like people but

‘different colours’. They know she can see them (I asked). She said that she had seen Mum (passed) with me, and another lady she didn’t know with Mum, when she was in the hospice. She had also seen her friend’s granddad with her at least, she thinks that’s who it might have been. She also saw another friend’s cat around her. About the other lady with Mum she told me about her when we got back from holiday. She said that she didn’t know the lady but then asked me what my auntie had looked like. I told her she was very little with short curly hair. She said that the lady she had seen was very small, wore a dress and had tiny shoes. The next day I showed her a photograph of my auntie with some other family members and she pointed to the lady she had seen with Mum at the hospice. When I asked her what colour my auntie’s dress had been, she said that when she doesn’t see them in colour, she calls them ‘ghosts’. I have asked her what the little people look like. What she described sounded like how I would have envisioned a fairy little people who fly. She also said they wear unusual clothes and hats, and that they appear either inside or outside the trees.

I think I am trying to find a balance between asking Gemma what she is seeing and not bothering her. I find her abilities delightful and exciting but I do still want to take care of her and make sure she is okay. She is opening my mind, too! Gemma says she sees ‘shadow people’, sometimes in broad daylight. She also said she had seen a couple of little people in a tree in the wild area the boy one was lounging, chilling out and staring at her.

It’s been a good long while since I wrote some notes. Things have just been moving along. Gemma still sees orbs and auras (although we don’t talk about it much). I suppose I’m just trying to seek a balance on what I should ask her, and how often. I did ask her about ‘shadow people’ though after I had seen one myself and was quite blown away by it (it was a thrill for me, but nothing since, mostly an awareness and lots of stuff out of the corner of my eye) but

Gemma sees a lot of them. It seems there is a lot of activity of this type around the school and also in her tutor’s garden which is near to the school field. Mostly the shadow people ignore her but she told me this week that there has been a time when one of them ran up to her with its arms up and seemed to run through her.
